The kit consists of parts
in Fritted polyamide and Acrylic polymer.
The parts Fritted
polyamide are combined into a single cluster.
|
 |
A primer is painted
with a brush to the whole kit.
The Fritted polyamide
is covered with a thick acrylic paint beige light color.
Clean the remaining deposits powder before painting.
The Acrylic polymer receives
khaki Humbrol Enamel. Never use acrylic paint for a
first layer on this material.
|
 |
Then we pass to the first
coat of paint. Only water acrylic paints are used here:
- brown on the doorframes.
- Gray on zinc elements
- Green on the shop (the door is glued on).
- Red on the ridge tiles
- Red for bricks + white juice after drying to mark
the joints.
The technique of painting
juice is quite simple. On the paint palette, diluted
some paint with water. And then applied on the surface.
The excess is blotted immediately with a dry brush or
with a damp sponge.
|
 |
After a few hours we
can pass to the second coat of paint:
- Brown juice at the store
for the dirtying.
- White on framing stones.
- Beige and white stamping on the stone floor (door
footstep + shop footstep)
- White on chimney + orange on the chimney tubes after
drying.
|
 |
After drying of the second
layer, the third layer of paint give the final patina
to the differents items:
- Dark gray juice
on all the pieces of masonry.
- White juice on brown frames and shop.
|
 |
After complete drying,
we print the pattern and positioning the various parts.
Cluster parts were gradually
detached during the painting phase.
|
 |
The pattern is cut according
to the desired plan. |
 |
Decoration and reinforcement
fo the patterns: the decorative plates are first glued
to the patterns before being cut to size.
We have :
- Redutex stone on gable.
- Redutex slate on roof.
- Sandpaper on the facade.
Depending on the size of
the building, it may be necessary to add an additional
layer of card paper to reinforce the structure.
|
 |
Surface painting:
- Navy blue juice and dark
gray juice on the roof.
- Dark gray juice at the base of the gable.
- Beige on facade (2 layers) and yellow juice after
drying and after drying a new dark gray juice.
|
 |
Gluing of the window
frames and door. Then glue the cornice.
Glue used alternately
depending on the size of the surfaces: UHU gel glue
for large surfaces, the Super Glue 3 gel for small areas.
|
 |
Gluing of the galbes. |
 |
Roof and angles gluing
. |
 |
Gluing of all the last
details. the glass of the shop is glued before gluing
the shop.
The glass of the door and
window is glued after gluing them.
|
 |
Gluing the curtains and the
back of the shop (printed paper). |
 |
Gluing the background of the
house: a simple white thick paper. |
 |
The house is complete. |
